Walsall stars of the past will turn out in force to support keeper Jimmy Walker's testimonial match this summer. . . and another possible summer transfer target goes south. The Express and Star reports that former Saddlers favourites including Andy Rammell, Neil Pointon, Kyle Lightbourne, Chris Marsh, John Hodge, Andy Tillson, Derek Mountfield and Gary Porter will take to the pitch at half time in the clash with Birmingham on August 5 as part of the celebrations to mark Walker's 10 years at Bescot.

Everyone hopes Blues' World Cup star Christophe Dugarry will appear, and he is sure to attract a few extra thousand to the Bescot.

Steve Preston, who heads Jim's testimonial committee told the Express and Star "It provides a massive opportunity to all Walsall supporters to put this one evening aside to pay tribute to our fine goalkeeper and celebrate his 10 years as a Saddler."

Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions are available from June 20.

Meanwhile Bruce Dyer, another possible summer transfer target, discussed on the message board has agreed terms with Watford.
