Keeper Takes Up Contract Option

There's a lot of talk nowadays about lack of loyalty in football, but not when it comes to Walsall's popular keeper, who will be granted a testimonial next season. The club have formally announced what we all anticipated, that Jimmy Walker has signed the one year extension option on his contract.

He is now coming up to a well deserved testimonial and a committee has been formed to come up with ideas. They are also thinking of opponents for the lads for what is bound to be a full house testimonial game.
