Croissant goes on trial
Blades French defender Beniot Croissant has joined Dutch club Telstar, the club where United bought Laurens Ten Heuvel from only a few weeks ago.

Croissant has never made an appearance for United during the one season he has been at The Blades, and with new signing Steve Yates it looks as though Beniot will never make that appearance. 

Santos could join killie



Georges Santos, the French midfielder was    released by United a few months ago after his involvement in the 'battle of Bramall Lane' game against West Bromich Albion back in March 2002.

Georges has gone on trial to Scottish Premier League side Kilmarnock where he will play a few friendy's, and if everything goes ok for him, he could play against ex-blade Lauren't D'Jaffo who signed for Aberdeen a week ago.

 

New kit a success
Sheffield United Football Club have revealed that the new Blades home kit has been very successful after selling all 2,500 shirts.

The kit was launched on Friday 19th July and is only available at Club Shop and streetwise sport shop in Sheffield. You can of course buy the new strip on the Sheffield United Official Website.
