Walk or even abseil the Transporter Bridge

The Memorial Fund's planned event on 22nd May, giving you the opportunity to either walk across the top of the Transporter Bridge or abseil down the side of it will now not be taking place.
The bridge is in use on the next four weekends, all for similar events and the committee felt that they would be interfering with well established charities and to take money from these would be wrong.
