It appears that the mystery striker Doncaster are bidding for is for Stockport County’s Warren Feeney.

Rovers are believed to be bidding a club record of £125,000 to get the new striker in before the transfer window shuts.
Other clubs are believed to be bidding aswell but Rovers are leading the way as they look to get some more firepower.

Many Rovers fans believe the club need a 20-a-season man and Feeney, who has notched up 17 for the bottom League One club, is seen as the ideal man.
