By Deadly Submarine
It’s been just over a month since Brian Little departed from
Moore 53 was sacked last week as Manager of Oldham Athletic and returns to Rovers after previous spells at Prenton Park as both a player and Assistant Manager in the 70's 80's and 90's. Moore was Assistant Manager to legendary boss Johnny King before leaving the Club to take charge at Rotherham in 1997.
In his subsequent eight year spell at Millmoor Ronnie guided Rotherham from League One to the Championship and then kept them there until their relegation back to League One last season that saw Moore leave the Club and take charge at Oldham.
At Boundary Park, Moore guided Oldham from the brink of relegation to the verge of the play-offs last season but somehow became unpopular with the fans prior to his dismissal which was put down to a cost cutting exercise by the Latics.
