Dadi Wants To Leave

After a fantastic debut season at the club, Eugene Dadi hasn't lived upto expectations. And after being pushed down the pecking order with new arrivals, Eugene Dadi now wants to leave Tranmere, and according to reports, is already half way there, due to him being on trial with a club from Norway.

Last night, in the game against Crewe, there were two noticable absences from the squad, both strikers. These were Canadian striker Iain Hume and Eugene Dadi. Although, after much speculation, it has become apparent that Hume wasn't in the squad due to a back injury he sustained while on internation duty.

But what about Eugene Dadi? The attacker was left out and numerous rumours have appeared since. After having an indifferent season last time around, rumours are that, manager Brian Little has told Dadi he is not going to be a first team regular.

This has also lead to rumours that Dadi stormed out of training and has refused to train since. The outburst has lead to specualtion, with Dadi certainly down the pecking order with the arrival of Chris Greenacre, and the in form youngster Steve Davies getting the nod ahead of Dadi into the squad for the Crewe game.

So where does that leave Eugene? According to sources, he is on trial at a top Norweigan club, with a view to signing a permanent deal by the end of the week.

Dadi currently has his own fashion label, Huge-N Paris. The former model and actor signed for Rovers on a free from Scottish side, Livingston in July 2003, after a successful period on trial.

Last night Tranmere took on Championship outfit, Crewe Alexandra, winning 2-0. With Chris Greenacre and Steve Davies the scorers.
