sharp incisive passing, quality crosses, players wanting the ball, players being brave and wanting to score even if they might take a whack in the process and 20 and 30 yard screamers into the top corner, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON !!!!!!!!!!

= confidence (Sm60)

just been on you tube and watched all 4 goals from last night. a bit odd that it wasn't just one clip of all 4 goals, it was a different clip for each goal. what a screamer from hill and the keeper rooted to the spot. nice build up to one of the other goals too.

before last nights game, when would have been the last time that we would have played in a stadium with a running track around the pitch? would it have been the withdean when brighton were using it?

As far as I can recall, yes it was HKR. The Keeper didn't move on Hill's goal and that made all of us think it was going wide so there was a delayed cheer when we realised it had gone in!

Googling that seems to suggest it's the Great British Meat Company.

Then I ate his Liver.......... with some baked beans and a can of coke.

As a goalie myself the keeper had put all his weight on his right hand side looking to react quickly to the expected through ball from the left channel thats why the keeper didnt or rather more accurately couldnt react to the shot.

The only problem with that is, it's called National League now, but hey that would have been a clever mnemonic during his Southport tenure (Sm7).

All I could find was Great British Meat Company. Wouldn't be the best advert for them as I doubt many outside of Gateshead would know what it stood for

Think we may all be barking up a red herring here.
The lettering on the seats is actually GMBC, which stands for Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council. They own the stadium.

I always thought Wanchope sounded like a bond villain, because he could kill his victims with one chop.
