Total Tranmere brings you a run down of the odds ahead of tomorrow's League One game against Sheffield United in South Yorkshire

Ronnie Moore's first away game since being reappointed Tranmere Rovers manager two weeks ago has been a long time coming, but this weekend he finally takes his Rovers side on the road after three successive home games.

It's not an easy game for Tranmere by any means, however.  The Wirral side travel to South Yorkshire to take on Sheffield United at Bramall Lane, with Danny Wilson's side desperate to pick up three points that would keep them second in the table, above city rivals Sheffield United.

Since mid-Autumn, Tranmere's away form has been poor, picking up just one point away from home since a 2-0 win over Hartlepool United on October 25th, but with a renewed sense of optimism since Moore's arrival, and with the Blades having won only once in their last four games, Rovers will travel to South Yorkshire full of confidence and hopeful of picking up a positive result, further enhancing their chances of avoiding relegation.

Match Result:

Tranmere - 11/2 (Stan James)

Half Time/Full Time:

Tranmere/Tranmere - 11/1 (Ladbrokes)

Ryan Brunt - 11/1 (Bet365 and Victor Chandler)
Lucas Akins - 14/1 (Bet 365 and Coral)
Andy Robinson - 16/1 (Various)
Joss Labadie - 18/1 (Coral)
John Welsh - 28/1 (Bet365)
Ash Taylor - 28/1 (Various)
Ian Goodison - 50/1 (Coral)

Anytime Goal Scorer (Tranmere players only):

Enoch Showunmi - 10/3 (Various)
Ryan Brunt - 10/3 (Various)
Lucas Akins - 9/2 (Bet365 and Coral)
Andy Robinson - 5/1 (Bet365 and Coral)
Joss Labadie - 6/1 (Coral)
John Welsh - 10/1 (Bet365 and Paddy Power)
Ash Taylor - 10/1 (Bet365)
Ian Goodison - 16/1 (Coral and William Hill)

Tipster: Tranmere this week picked up back to back wins for the first time since October, defeating Leyton Orient and Preston North End at Prenton Park, with Andy Robinson and Enoch Showunmi netting in both games.  Confidence will therefore be higher for Rovers, but this will be a tough test against a strong, well performing team in front of a large crowd.

I therefore think odds of 4/1 on Tranmere/draw no bet with Stan James is fantastic odds, whilst Ladbrokes will offer you EVENS on both teams to score.

As a scorecast, William Hill will offer you 8/1 on Andy Robinson to score anytime in a Tranmere draw, whilst they are also offering odds of 20/1 on Enoch Showunmi to score first in a Tranmere win.

Please Note: Odds are subject to change, particularly on Saturday as kick off draws nearer or more bookmakers open up markets.  Total Tranmere does not encourage betting.
