Reaction to Jennings' Football League Award Win

After last night's success for Dale Jennings in winning the Football League Apprentice of the Year Award for League One, we bring you the reaction from both the player himself and his Manager.....
After last night's success for Dale Jennings at The Football League Awards in London in whoch he won the League One Apprentice of the Year Award, reaction has been coming in today from both the player himself and also Rovers Manager Les Parry.
Speaking to the Tranmere Rovers Official Website. Les Parry said....
"It's a great achievement for Dale, it goes to show the hard work he has put in over the last two years and he needs to be congratulated on it."
"It also shows what a great job our youth department do. The award is about development. It's about taking somebody in, having the raw material and working on it, not just on the football side, but also on the social skills side and education side, so I think it's a massive boost for our youth department and Shaun Garnett in particular."
"For Dale to come out as the top apprentice in the division shows the hard work that has gone into him."
Alex Bell, one of the Football League's panel of judges who gave Dale the award described the Rovers youngster as an "Especially worthy candidate given his past difficulties that he has overcome to become an excellent player as well as an impressive off the field example."
Dale Jennings himself was naturally delighted with the Award as he told the Tranmere Rovers Official Website....
"I am so happy to have won. Just to be one of the final three was great. Everyone at the Centre of Excellence has really pushed me and helped me to get into first team and I would like to thank them for their support."

Two main reasons for the vast difference in potential transfer fees are that chamberlain after this season has 3 years left on his contract dale with have 1 and man united & arsenal have expressed an interest in chamberlain while supposedly west ham made a bid for dale
For me he's worth about 2x what Dale is based on such factors and that's all.
I don't think Connor Whickham is worth £15,000,000 either. If Southampton were Championship level they would be bigger than Ipswihc, but it will be a long time before Southampton get a transfer fee as big as Walcott's again.

Mackail-Smith will leave Peterborough in the summer most likely to Norwich as hes refusing to sign a new contract so depending on how long he has left on his current deal will determine how much they get but i think will be around £2 million.
Unless dale signs a contract extension i would think we wont get more than £1 million.
