Tranmere Rovers are at home in NPower League One on Saturday afternoon as Peter Reid's Plymouth Argyle make the long trip north, so for all the latest news and match updates, and all the pre, during and post-match discussion, don't forget to check out our Match Discussion thread............
For those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, particularly the high number of costly and time consuming southern away games, we at Total Tranmere will be providing a Match Discussion Thread on the Site for every Rovers game.
The thread will allow you to discuss everything from the pre-match build up and starting line-up to the game it as it progresses and the post-match analysis.
Where possible, Total Tranmere staff will post up the starting line-up and substitutes on the thread as soon as it is made known at the game.
Tranmere of course host Plymouth Argyle in League One on saturday afternoon so if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on.
Maybe if you have a friend or family member texting you from the game you can post their views here for others to see as the game progresses.
You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores throughout the league as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been along to the game.
What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.

Good hard game plenty of well defended
moments in the last ten minutes some were last ditch efforts to clear the lines perhaps it should have not gone that way some times gave ball away to easy should have controled midfield better but a clean sheet is good
but it does not do me any good watching
from the main stand
but what a winner
from Jenno and he could have had one earlier in the first half at the cowshed end and even a similar one like the he but into back of the net I only hope we can hang on to him for the rest of the season good performance from Broomes and Ian Goodison and ITM not to keen on Mendy pity Joss Labadie was missing I think he would have done well today in that match today not a fan of Morrow I think McGurk would do a better job I hope Showunmi not out to long I hope he was pulled off when he was to prevent any further damage
any way well done Rovers for todays result let`s hope we get a result at Notts County next week(a win would be great) but a point
away is fair to set us up against Hartlepool were another home win would help us climb
that table.

Winning next week, would from the looks of things, allow Tranmere a 4 point cushion above the bottom 4.

a good and important win at what cost with the injury to Enoch looking quite bad.
We had a dodgy start and could have bee behind early and were hanging on for dear life towards the end.
i thought goodison jennings gulacsi & welsh stood out for me morrow linked up play quite well in the 2nd half but akins needs to improve and both the fullbacks couldve played better.
All in all a good 3 poits and a home draw in the cup so a good day.

It was a good second half performance yesterday as the first didn't really get going. I thought in the first half the 442 didn't work because Welsh was left doing all the work and mendy was nowhere to be seen allowing them all the possesion in midfield.
Second half, different story. Closed them down, didn't give them any room to move and got Jennings into the game more. Amazing goal by the young lad as well, absolute stunning

He's growing in confidence and I would extend his loan to the rest of the season. I've never been a huge fan of Welsh but since we sent McLaren packing he has been outstanding. Easily my MOTM today a fantastic performance and that clearance of the line was as good as a second goal.
Also wanted to mention Morrow. Thought he looked really good today, first time I've seen him. He looks a little short of confidence if I'm honest but a goal would sort that out though. Thought Les left Enoch for far too long, I would have got him off sooner rather than later.
Overall, a good performance today and a deserved 3 points.

County have a right to be afraid. Lee Hughes scored 30 last season in League 2. This season, just 5 so far and realistically, League 1 is not a massive step up in quality and he could be about 3-5 goals better off by now I feel, so that's a help that he's misfiring a bit sometimes.
Doesn't mean he will against Tranmere, but seeing as Tranmere now have 75% form in the last 4 games, that should really make County look like a more likely win.
Given the upcoming games against Hartlepool, Exeter and Orient as well, the immediate future is looking bright for Tranmere, now there more goals, plus a few more mature performances from one or two people, plus the return of Broomes and the soon to be return of Taylor and Mahon.
So I think the pre-existing first team players, coupled with a bit of home grown youth and the loans and signings Les got in, have for the most part made for a good, competent squad and finally, now the injury isssues are settling down and a consistent first team can be picked, Les is realising the capability I think he and the team were able to possess this season, so even with a rubbish budget, good on Les, Kevin, Simon and Shaun and John at the CoE, for making what looked like a really worrying situation pre-season, look a lot better now.
If Les could get a decent points tally from the next 4 games, Tranmere could be not too far off a play off place possibly and looking at the indifferent form Swindon and Sheffield Wednesday have shown, even those games don't appear so difficult as they may have, before the season started.

I am not sure that Mahons return will make much difference as he is something of a luxary. we are turning into ateam of grafters and that is not a criticism but Mahon does not fit into that. The eventual return of Taylor will be of greater significance
A cracking goal from a real talent separated the sides. Apart from that it was very even with not a lot happening to be honest. Akins very poor I thought, bad touch and looks like bambi on ice. Still not convinced on Morrow, hopefully with a run of games he will get better but I think Mcgurk looks better.
Hopfully now we can at least get a point next week away. Would be nice to carry on the momentum.

We're also 9 points better off than we were at this stage of the season last year.

I'm board of posting to the same old post. When we start putting good runs together and move up the table i will be on board of the Les army. Till then it's been three good wins but we are still hanging around the bottom but I'm looking forward to moving up. But stop posting every time we win a game it's gotten old. At the end of the day I'm a Tranmere fan but don't have the same thought as some of you ..................................

Fair enough and I respect your comments, but if T T keeps posting threads asking what people think, then people will say what they think.
I know what your saying but some people every time we win the post what out Les haters now. But nothing when we don't win. So get over it we all want one thing and that's for us to win.......................................
