The aftermath of Chelsea's win at West Ham yesterday which, until later, sees The Blues fourteen points ahead at the top of the Premiership continued today with West Ham's Carl Fletcher & Chelsea's Frank Lampard exchanging words about their little spat not long after West Ham's 2nd half equaliser.

Lampard is reported to have said ""Fletcher caught me and said something and there was no need for it," "Sometimes when you go to that place and you are taking stick it is easy for players to react, to score a few points and I felt that was what he was doing.

"He came through me and wanted to say something to me and I was disappointed with that. It was an easy way out. I got booked pointing out that to the referee."

Fletcher alledgedly replied "It is up to him if he is disappointed. I am not sorry. Loads of things go on in the game. It was just a bit of football banter and we shook hands at the end. It is a tough sport, a man's game and tempers get heated."

Oh well, best friends now.

The Football Association today confirmed that they will not be taking any further action against Nigel Reo-Coker after his tackle on Micheal Essien, which put Essien on a stretcher and out of the game for up to eight weeks.

An FA spokesperson said "Because referee Howard Webb saw the incident and gave a foul, no further action could be taken." Somewhat smacks of double standards and are the FA making the rules up as they go along??

Chelsea announced today that the return fixture against West Ham at Stamford Bridge scheduled for Saturday 8th April has been rescheduled to Sunday 9th April, kick-off 1.30pm for live TV coverage.

Rumours from Everton suggest that Jose has blocked a loan move by David Moyes for Shaun Wright-Phillips and continuing on the rumour theme a local paper in Huddersfield has reported that both John Terry and Frank Lampard will both miss this weekend's FA Cup tie against Huddersfield at Stamford Bridge. They also report that Frank is off to Dubai and JT is going with him.

Will Mrs Mourinho let Jose watch Arsenal v Man Utd tonight? According to Jose, she controls the remote!!! LOL
