With one North London team dropping two points yesterday and the other North London team at home to the newly crowned Champions, Chelsea have a great chance of regaining third place with a win, only a win against Swansea City at The Bridge this afternoon but it doesn’t bode well where on many previous occasions, Chelsea have failed to capitalise on other teams misfortunes.
With Utd and Villa still to play away, Tottenham and Everton still to come at The Bridge, three points this afternoon are extremely vital!!
The teams have met three times this season and Chelsea have only managed to score once, but 18 months ago at The Bridge in the League, Chelsea ran out 4-1 winners.
Chelsea have no fresh injury worries from the trip to Basel on Thursday night.
The talk is Gary Cahill will make a return to central defence in place of very likely, ‘Captain, Leader, Legend, One England Captain,’ JT and Demba Ba is likely to lead the attack, replacing Fernando Torres.
If and only if 'Super 200 goal' Frankie Lampard starts or makes an appearance and scores, he will equal Andy Cole’s record of scoring against 38 different teams in the Premier League.
Chelsea TV caused a storm yesterday by revealing their programme schedule that read:

2100 Best of Lampard
‘The Most Exciting Chelsea Action From The FORMER Blues Midfielder.’
Words fail me as they did when Mark Clattenburg was announced as today’s referee!!!
