Legends Return to the Bridge on Opening Day

Adrian Chiles was born morose, miserable, the ultimate pessimist (I thought I was bad) and bereft of personality and fell into one of the top jobs on TV, by presenting a commercial channel's colourful 2010 World Cup in South Africa - how the hell did the miserable git get that job? Still I wonder how he felt at about 9am this morning when the 2010/11 season's fixtures were released and he discovered his beloved 'Baggies' have an opening day visit to the CHAMPIONS and FA Cup Winners at Stamford Bridge in the second week of August.

Chelsea fans will have a wonderful opportunity to welcome back legends to the club - WBA's manager Roberto Di Matteo and his assistant Eddie Newton, both goalscorers in winning Cup Finals for Chelsea.

Chelsea's first derby is away to West Ham in September, Arsenal visit The Bridge at the beginning of October.

Chelsea travel away to Liverpool in November and we play Man Utd the week before Christmas then Chelsea visit Arsenal on Boxing Day.

Chelsea's last game of the 2010/11 season is a trip to Goodison Park to play Everton.
