The match details for the Carling Cup second round tie between Wednesday and West Ham United have been announced. A date has been set for the match, which takes place at Hillsborough, and the club have also decided on reduced ticket pricing which should see a decent crowd.
The game has been arranged for Tuesday 20th September with a 7.45pm kick-off, which continues Paul Sturrocks wishes for weekday matches being played on a Tuesday rather than a Wednesday, giving the Owls more time to prepare for the weekends match.
The club have also decided on reduced ticket prices for the game, following the crazy decision in the first round to charge Owls fans £19 at Stockport. Ticket prices will be £10 for adults and £5 for concessions, which should see a decent crowd for the match against the premiership newboys.
Tickets are likely to be available on the gate for the game, but for more information visit the official site - http://www.swfc.co.uk.
