The Clarets have announced that the club's official sponsorship deal with Hunters Property Group has been extended for a further year.

Hunters Deal Extended

The deal was due to finish at the end of the season but will now finish in Summer 2007.

The Club's Commercial Manager commented on the deal saying:

"It is great news and we are delighted to have agreed another year with Hunters as the Official Club Sponsor,"

"There have been a number of large companies and national firms interested in becoming our sponsor, but Hunters were pleased to increase their support of the club for another year and we are pleased to welcome them on board for another season."

Burnley's Chief Executive Dave Edmundson added:

"Hunters Property Group have been an excellent and most supportive partner of the Club. I'm so pleased that they have recognised the value of their sponsorship and have agreed to extend the agreement for another year."

Keith Hollinrake, Director of Hunters, said:  

"We are delighted to continue our partnership with Burnley FC. Our business ideals are mirrored in that both organisations focus on communities as being critical to our business success.

"Over the last two years, our association with Burnley FC has increased our profile enormously not only in the north-west but across the country and the ambition of the football club and their growing success matches our own and creates a perfect partnership."
