Clarets captain Robbie Blake has picked up the Powerade Player of the Month award for November. The 28-year old striker had 3 goals in 3 games which took Burnley up to 8th position in the Championship.
Panelist Chris Kamara stated "Burnley have had an outstanding month and won 4 out of five." The Middlesbourgh born striker helped himself to 3 goals in the month, which earned the Clarets a valuable 9 points in the Championship, and Blake's league tally now stands at 8 goals.
Burnley now lie 11th in The Championship table and face local rivals Preston North End this coming Saturday and Blake will be looking to extend his fne form through 'till Christmas.
