Spurs Game to be on Sky

Burnley's home draw against Tottenham Hotspur which we reported on earlier has been chosen by Sky as one of the games to feature on Sky Sports.

This comes after our 3-1 win against Villa which all the media seem very impressed with.

The game will take place on Tuesday 9th November in a similar style to that of two years ago when both teams played in front of the cameras at the Turf on a November and the Clarets going on to the next round to face Manchester United with a 2-1 win. Robbie Blake and Steve Davis scored for the Clarets and bringing on Glen Little as a substitute in the first half appeared to be the catalyst.

It's a great reward for the Clarets after the win against Villa, and we are to get around £100,000 from this, even before the tickets are sold.

The other match to be played will be on Wednesday 10th, Newcastle V Chelsea.
