Reserves take on Blades

The reserve team are back in action tonight when they take on Sheffield United at Turf Moor. The match will kick-off at the usual time of 7pm. The game at Bramall Lane back in November saw the Clarets on the wrong end of a 4-3 scoreline. Matty O'Neill got a brace that night and they are still his only goals for the reserves' this season.

The lads have had a decent run of late due tot he strength of the sides that have played recently but we are still second from bottom in the table.

Arthur Gnohere played in the draw at Bradford last week but it is highly unlikely that he will feature tonight with his proposed move to QPR appearing closer than ever. The game will also provide an opportunity for Bradley Orr to stake a claim in the first team with him only playing 2 minutes in 3 games so far since his loan move from Newcastle.

Alan Moore, Dean West, Luke Chadwick will all probably feature at some stage in the evening.
