Farrelly off to Bradford?

Former loanee Gareth Farrelly is close to being Bryan Robson's first signing. He's expected to complete a loan move today that will see him in Yorkshire for the next 3 months. New Bradford boss Bryan Robson has targeted Bolton midfielder Gareth Farrelly as his first signing.

Farrelly has emerged as Robson's top target and he is hoping to bring him to Valley Parade in time for this weekend's clash with Millwall.

Robson is holding talks with Bolton counterpart Sam Allardyce about a three-month loan deal for the Republic of Ireland international.

Farrelly is out-of-favour at Bolton and his loan spell at Burnley was cut short after failing to impress although injuries certainly played a part in his contribution to the side.

On an interesting note, the official site, said everyone at Burnley "would like to thank Delroy for his services over the last 3 months".

The site didn't make any comment when Farrelly left so is this the clearest indication that something maybe sorted out in January?
