Spoils shared at Selhurst Park Aaron Lennon’s second goal in three games earned Burnley a point in a 1-1 draw away at Crystal Palace on Saturday (26th February).

 Lennon struck a minute after half-time to cancel out Jeffrey Schlupp’s early opener to secure a share of the spoils.

 Manager Sean Dyche named an unchanged line up for the game at Selhurst Park following last Wednesday’s win against Champions League hopefuls, Tottenham Hotspur.

 However, Maxwel Cornet, Charlie Taylor and Ashley Westwood returned to the bench for the Clarets.

 Meanwhile, hosts Palace, also coming into the game off the back of a strong win at Watford, named English international Conor Gallagher in their team, and Cornet’s Ivory Coast international team mate, Wilfried Zaha.

Will take that point, we could have come away with nothing, but once again the lads had that never say die attitude. (Sm152) Another point closer to the teams that are in freefall, come on you Clarets.

Leicester up next on Tuesday.
