Mills Checks In By Royal Appointment

Boss Eddie Howe has further strengthened his defensive options with a successful swoop for Reading defender Joseph Mills.

The 22 year old left back becomes Burnleys fourth new recruit of the summer after agreeing a season long loan, and his move to the Clarets means Mills could now face his brother Matt on the opening day of the Championship season when Howe's men face Bolton Wanderers.
Central defender Matt, who recently moved to Bolton from Leicester City, also previously played for Reading and was followed to the Madejski Stadium by Joseph when he joined the Royals from Southampton in August 2011.
