City Starlet Mee Is First Summer Signing

Burnley Football Club is delighted to announce that highly rated Manchester City defender Ben Mee today becomes the first summer signing at Turf Moor.

The England under-21 International has agreed to join the Clarets on a season-long loan deal from the Premier League club.
Mee came through the Academy ranks at Eastlands, captaining City's side to FA Youth Cup success over Chelsea in 2008, before graduating to the senior set-up and making a first-team debut in the Carling Cup last season.
