Rodriguez Misses Out On England Dream

Clarets' hot shot Jay Rodriguez has missed out on a place in the England squad for next month's Under 21 European Championship finals.

The Burnley striker was named in Stuart Pearce's original 40-man squad for the tournament in Denmark.

But the 21-year-old, whose 15 goals made him Burnley's joint leading scorer this season, just failed to make the final 23-man party.
