It doesn't matter who you are, every football fan will find the book full of humour.
From the Ipswich fans taking the proverbial against Norwich City director Delia Smith, when the Ipswich Fans sang
"Theres only one Gordon Ramsey, One Gordon Ramsey".
Or the Manchester City fans replying to the Sheffield United choir with the chant of "We hate Wednesday, and we hate Wednesday...." to the " We hate Saturday and we hate Saturday..." sometimes you just have to be there to appreciate the real humour.
Stockport County, whose hatred for Burnley is totally one sided, as we Burnley fans dont give two flips about this liitle Cheshire Town team.
The Stockport little barmy army sang, to the tune of "Frere Jacques"

Now hand on heart, what the bloody hell are they on
about? it beats me.

Some of the chants in this wonderful book are just pure class.

Like the Arsenal Chant in 2007, sung to the tune of

I know Manchester United have some fantastic terrace songs, but another one from Arsenal which made me laugh is this one about their former midfield Maestro Emmanuel Petit.

To the Tune of "Quartermasters Store"

"He's Blonde
He's Quick
His names a porno flick
Emmanuel, Emmanuel!"


Without copying the enire book, you should by now be getting the
point, it's a Christmas stocking filler for any football fan young or old, the author takes the humour of the fans and compiles them in a book that is just brilliant, it is a book you can leisurely read and laugh out loud.

Chris Parker has done something, almost all other books dont do he unites the football fans from Manchester to Cheltenham  with a presence to laugh, reminisce, and thoroughly enjoy the real words to the songs we hear while watching our beloved game.
