Summer Roadshows & Pre- Season

 

The Cornish Pirates have arranged a particularly interesting and varied pre-season, which sees two triangular games at Polson Bridge Launceston and the Mennaye Field Penzance

There’s the high profile game with Saracens on the  22nd August, at the Honourable Artillery Company in the heart of the City of London, and the 'Big Switch On' celebrating the best of Cornish Rugby and the new floodlights, with a home game against a Cornwall Select XV on Friday 30th August, kick off 7:30pm.

 August 2012
10  Saturday A PSF 3pm   Cornish All Blacks & St Austell
  Triangular:  each club will play each other for 40 minutes
17  Saturday A PSF 3pm   Worthing  
22  Thursday A PSF 6:15   Saracens Match News
30  Friday H PSF 7:30   Cornwall XV Travel
31  Saturday H PSF 5pm   Cinderford & St Austell
  Triangular:  each club will play each other for 40 minutes
 September
7  Weekend A PSF TBC   University Of Bath Venue TBC

Summer Roadshows

 

There's also the opportunity to meet up with the staff and players as the Cornish Pirates will be on the road during July and August bringing a series of Summer Roadshows to clubs throughout Cornwall.

These first time Roadshows for clubs, schools and individuals will provide opportunities to watch the squad train and meet players and staff.

Children can improve their skills, make new friends and enhance their taste for the game.

There will also be Q&A and autograph sessions, coach education and tag rugby games.

Monday 22nd July

Launceston RFC - 10am/12:30pm

Bodmin RFC - 1:30/4pm

Newquay RFC - 5pm/8pm

Monday 12th August

Saltash RFC - 10am/12:30pm

Liskeard RFC - 1:30/4pm

St. Austell  RFC - 5pm/8pm

Tuesday 27th August

Truro RFC - 10am/12:30pm

Penryn RFC - 1:30/4pm

Redruth RFC - 5pm/8pm
