Pirate Bert's covert op undercover somewhere in the City of Lace had been intercepted by MI5, which lead to significant movement from the security services, keen to nip this audacious plan in the bud.

Not sure of where the spearhead of the first push will come from, dawn raids on households throughout the land, triggered the decision from High Command, for the flags to be raised.
