Brazilian forward Marcos Di Giuseppe, known as Bica, is set to sign for Dundee United. Brazilian forward Marcos Di Giuseppe, known as Bica, is set to sign for Dundee United.

Bica revealed the proposed deal in Peru, where he played last season.

"I had an offer from Dundee United in January, but then there were some problems. Now they called me again, and I'm ready to go. I have a lot of dreams," Bica said.

He played for Deportivo Pesquero last season, and he has also played for Sport Boys, Sporting Cristal, Universitario and Juan Aurich in Peru.

He also has experience in Europe having played a season for Rapid Vienna.
