Dundee United manager Ian McCall admits he is interested in taking Kilmarnock goalkeeper Gordon Marshall to Tannadice. Marshall was told last week that his contract at the Rugby Park club will not be renewed at the end of the season.

McCall said: "There is interest there but that is as far as it has gone at the moment."

Inverness Caledonian Thistle striker Barry Robson is one player McCall has been chasing for some time but a deal still seems some way off.

McCall added: "Nothing is happening at the moment and I don't know what the hold up is. We'll just have to wait and see what happens."
