Newcastle, Palace and Millwall are all understood to be chasing WBA's left wing back Neil Clement. The Lions tried to bring Clement to the Den during the summer, but may be more successful this time around. Clement's contract is up at the end of the season and the Baggies may look to sell him in the transfer window for a fee rather than see him leave for nothing in the summer.

But Millwall are potentially facing stiff competition for the player's signature.

Crystal Palace were interested in the former Chelsea player last year and Premiership heavyweights Newcastle have also been linked with him.
