Good riddance to UEFA Cup

Millwall fans getting stabbed in the back...we don't need these sort of headlines or life threatening injuries come to think of it! Europe's still in the dark ages in terms of football violence. There was trouble at Banik Ostrava v Boro too! Let's not forget that Roma got in trouble too for cutting the head of a referee with a projectile in European competition.

UEFA, though, are a toothless organisation run by Jabba The Hut lookalike Johannson.

They do nothing to stop violence.

Millwall have been on the receiving end, and had it been one of their precious continental clubs, they would have received a bye through to the next round.

Quite honestly, I'm glad we didn't get through if this is the sort of treatment that awaits us.

Chairman Theo Paphitis did a Peter Ridsdale and visited the injured Millwall fans in hospital.

When you think of what happened to Leeds fans in Turkey, it makes you realise we got off lightly.

UEFA should do something, but don't hold your breath...or turn your backs! :-(
