Dutch youngsters John Goossens and Jeffrey Sarpong, have both turned down a money spinning move to Chelsea, preferring to stay with Ajax instead.
The pair impressed during the recent World Under-17 championships in Peru, and Chelsea were keen to take them to Stamford Bridge, under the watchful eye of their new head of development and scouting Frank Arnesen.
But Striker Goossens preferred to sign a 3 year deal with Ajax, and Sarpong is expected to follow suit in the next couple of days.
