Feyenoord will take legal action against Dutch paper Algemeen Dagblad. The paper reported on Saturday and Monday that Feyenoord sold Salomon Kalou and Dirk Kuyt to a investment company. Feyenoord's official statement:

Feyenoord will be reporting a case of forgery to the police with the disclosure that Dutch daily Algemeen Dagblad has a contract in its possession bearing a false signature purporting to be in the name of the Feyenoord management.

The contract is connected to reports in the newspaper that Salomon Kalou and Dirk Kuyt have been sold to an investment company. Feyenoord will also be demanding a rectification from Algemeen Dagblad after the suggestion that the two players were to be sold. Feyenoord has not done any business with the investment company named.
