Stuttgart Sign Tomasson

Former Milan Jon Dahl Tomasson has joined VfB Stuttgart for four years. The player had been given a free transfer and was close to sign for Benfica. The contract will be signed once the striker passes the medical tests. This way, VfB have found a replacement for Kevin Kuranyi, who left for Schalke 04.
Herbert Briem, sports executive manager, stated:

“we now have exactly the player we wanted.”
