Former England and Arsenal captain Tony Adams has moved to Holland to take a coaching role with Feyenoord, where he will train the under-21 squad. Speaking to Rotterdam Dagblad newspaper Adams stated:

"I tested myself for some months in Italy, France and Belgium.

"The conversations I had with Feyenoord's management gave me the most welcome feelings."

"I believe that I can teach players a lot with my experience but I also hope to pick up a feel of the Dutch youth programme and the structure of Feyenoord."
