Newcastle and Everton Emre Latest

Newcastle United and Everton target Emre has once again reiterated his desire to play in the Premiership speaking to NTV in Turkey the player stated:

"I am most likely to play in England.

"My name comes up in the news with Fenerbahce but I think returning to Turkey is taking a step back.

"My priority is to play in Europe. It is not about money, if it was I would stay with Inter."

Newcastle still remain out and out favourites to land the player, even though the deal which was announced by Emre over a week ago, is still to be finalised, There is some confusion as to whether a deal has been reached with Inter or not, with certain sections of the Italian press believing there has, and the rest claiming that is where the hold up lies.
