Didane Signs for Lyon

French club, Lens have made a big signing in the form of Anderlecht star, Aruna Didane.

The 24-year old has been a massive success in Belgium for the past 5 years but now feels the time to move on is now after the two clubs agreed a fee.

 

Lens have beaten off competition from West Brom, Blackburn and even Champions League semi-finalists, PSV Eindhoven to sign the striker on a 4 year deal.

 

The Ivory Coast international has partnered some of the best before, lining up alongside Chelsea’s Didier Drogba for their country, who now still have a decent chance of qualifying for the World Cup in Germany next year.
