Deco Signs New Barcelona Deal

Barcelona midfielder Deco has signed a new contract with the Spanish giants which will keep him there until 2010.

The ex-Porto man joined the La Liga Champions last summer and helped them steer them towards the Spanish title.

 

For this, the 27-year-old has been rewarded with a new contract, as have Damia and Xavi.

 

Deco said:

 

"I had offers from other clubs but I never wanted to talk about them. I always wanted to stay here so it was easy to reach an agreement,"
