Schalke to move for Celtic star?

Bundesliga outfit Schalke, have stated that they would like to try and tempt Celtic defender Bobo Balde to Germany. There are reports that the defender has a clause in his contract that will allow him to leave for free. There is also talk that he is unsettled in Scotland and wants a move, all of which has combined to make Schalke think they stand a fair chance of landing the player.
Schalke’s team manager Andreas Muller stated:

“One big advantage is that he is available on a free transfer, and besides he has had Champions League experience with Celtic.”
