Toulouse le Trec Robert

Toulouse have confirmed that they are in talks with Newcastle United’s Laurent Robert. Coach Erick Mombaert confirmed this earlier today by shrugging his shoulders in a particularly Gallic way. Robert who had obviously been sniffing some stale cheese earlier in the season had asked to be released for free, but after noticing that we had removed the word ‘mug’ from our fore-heads (as opposed to four heads, which is only common among the smoggies) he is expected to leave for a knocked down fee, having only one year left on his contract.

So as the hero of sulky French dwarfs everywhere, he could soon be on his way back to France. Where sulking is not so much frowned upon, but excepted as a national sport.
