Wembley Bridge not to be named after a German then

After a few months speculation and a concerted attempt by the German internet community to have the new Wembley bridge named after Dietmar Hamann, the short list has been announced. The London Development Agency received more than 670,000 suggestions, and they have put these onto a short list of five.

So the new name will be either Sir Alf Ramsey, Sir Bobby Charlton, Sir Geoff Hurst, The White Horse and Live Aid Bridge.
