Pizarro rules out summer switch

Despite being linked with some of the biggest names in Italian football, Roma, Inter, Juve and Milan, Udinese’s David Pizarro has insisted he will stay at the club if the qualify for the Champions league: "I don’t really want to talk about the transfer market right now," stated the classy midfield playmaker.

"After all, I have a contract with Udinese until 2007 and my destiny is in the hands of the club.

"But if we do take part in the European Cup next season, then the President is not likely to sell his best players. He’ll probably want to buy instead."
