PSV want Middlesbrough star

Middlesbrough midfielder Boudewijn Zenden is being tempted into a move back to his homeland and PSV. His contract at Middlesbrough ends in the summer and up until now he has been unable to agree a new one. Steve McClaren has often stated his desire to keep Zenden at the Riverside, but the player refuses to commit until he is guaranteed European football next year.

PSV of course can guarantee Zenden European football and most probably the Champions league at that, and the lure of returning to his first club might just be strong enough to tempt him.
