Juventus plan raid for Liverpool striker

According to the Italian press Juventus will this week ask Liverpool about the availability of Czech striker Milan Baros. Of course Liverpool travel to Turin this week for their Champions League return-leg, and it is there that Juve bosses hope to talk to their Liverpool counterparts.

They face stiff competition though, from among other Valencia, whose president Juan Soler stated last week that he was in talks with Baros.

It is believed that Liverpool will want around£10 million for the player.
