Liverpool star ruled out of Juventus clash

Dietmar Hamann is set to miss Liverpool’s champions league quarter final clash with Juventus, due to injury. He is also ruled out ruled out of the two-day training camp organised by the German Federation to prepare for the 2006 World Cup. Germany coach Juergen Klinsmann announced:

"The injury will sideline him for several weeks.”

This is just the latest in a number of injury woes to hit Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez, who will be without injured Djibril Cisse and Neil Mellor, while Fernando Morientes is still cup-tied.
