Reports out of Italy claim that Inter are ready to talk to Chelsea about the permanent signing of Juan Sebastian Veron, the Argentinian is currently on loan with Inter but the deal will end in June.
It was earlier suggested that Chelsea were pricing Veron out of the market, but Inter are hoping to hammer out a deal this weekend.
Veron failed to settle in England with either Manchester United or Chelsea and injuries have not exactly helped him since he returned to Italy, but Inter Coach Roberto Mancini is very keen on Veron and is convinced that given the chance, the player will once again shine in Serie A.
Roman Abramovich is expected in Milan at the weekend to begin the bargaining and Inter owner Massimo Moratti, is convinced that he will land his man.
