Juventus watching villareal star Gonzalo Rodriguez

The Turin giants were interested in signing the Argentine centre back before he moved to The Yellow Submarines last summer from San Lorenzo. The 20-year-old ultimately opted for a move to Spain, but Juve have maintained a watching brief on his progress. Serie A team Juventus are watching Villareal Star Gonzalo Rodriguez , Rodriguez 20 , says he would prefer to stay in La Liga but Juve have maintained to watch the young argentines progress , and could possibly make a move for him when the transfer window opens back up



The Powerful defender has only missed one game this season , through suspension and Juve scouts are understood to have visited El Madrigal on more then one occasion to watch him.


Juve are also tracking Bayern Munich's Lucio him nad rodriguez are Juve's top target to strengthen the centre of their defence.
