With the news that Chelsea are willing to sell Adrian Mutu, Juventus are preparing themselves for a bid determined not to lose out for the second time on the Romanian centre forward. He has failed to convince at Chelsea since his 12 million pound move,
and has often looked out of place in the Premership. Now with the arrival of Jose Mourinho, Mutu will be sacrificed to make way for new players.
Juventus are still hoping to presuade Chelsea to allow them to take the player on loan, but have stated that they would be willing to pay a reasonable fee.
Another Chelsea striker that could of been making his way back to Serie A was Crespo, but it now appears that he will be giving it another go, after a fairly disapointing season last time around.
