Juventus director general Luciano Moggi has confirmed an offer has arrived from Barcelona for striker David Trezeguet. Trezeguet certainly appears to have no future left in Serie A, at least with Juventus, with new coach Fabio Capello listing him a surplus to requirments.
The problem now lies in the two clubs value of the player, which at this stage are miles apart, Barcelona have put an offer of 6.5 million on the table, which Juventus have laughed off, stating they would require at least double that and insisting that the player will only be sold on their terms.
