Chelsea in for Roma star?

In looking for a replacement for Marcel Desailly, Chelsea are turning towards Roma's international Walter Samuel, and the Argentine has hinted that he wants to move to Chelsea. Samuel has been quoted as saying that he would love to play in London, and that he is definately moving at the end of the season, feeling that he is ready for new challenges.

Roma's mouthing debts are forcing sales, but they are not going to be railroaded into offloading too many which was why they rejected a 55 million pound bid for 3 players earlier this week.

It is however believed that Samuel would be allowed to leave for a sum in the region of 15 Million.
